How often do you audit the time you spend each day, week or month? I often hear people complain about how much time email takes, but when I allocate my time specifically for email with specific goals in mind, it becomes an incredibly effective tool for leading change.
We do not own time, and we also do not know how much time we have. Let’s invest it well for things that matter most.
